Tsawwassen Garage door with a broken torsion spring and broken cables with a chipped drum. Replacement of bad rollers, tightening of loose pickup arm bolts, loose track assembly, center bearing replacement, packed grease in end-bearings, tightening of all fasteners, added fresh bottom strut for extra straightening of aged section. Added fresh center bearing plate, ground down squashed torsion tube, greasing and lubrication of all contacts and adjusted limit and forces on operator!!
