Stuck door, broken spring, dead opener — here’s who to call and what to do.
A real person answers. You can call or text. If the door is off the tracks, the spring is broken, or a vehicle hit the door, stay clear of the opening and phone us before anyone tries to lift it.
What number should I call?
Use the office / dispatch line first. The other numbers reach the same company if the main line is busy.

If something just failed
The door is stuck halfway or will not move
Stop using the wall button and remotes. A door that binds can damage cables, the opener gear, or the sections. Call (604) 259-2534 and describe whether you heard a bang (often a spring) or a grinding noise (often cables, rollers, or the opener).
I heard a loud bang — is that the spring?
Usually yes. Torsion springs fail after years of cycles — commonly in the 10,000–12,000 opening range on many residential doors. The door will feel extremely heavy. Do not try to lift it by hand. Spring replacement is one of our most common same-day calls.
The opener runs but the door does not
The trolley may have disconnected, a cable may be off a drum, or the opener gear may have stripped. Unplug the opener if it is grinding. We carry common LiftMaster parts on the truck.
The door closes then reverses, or will not close
Check that nothing is blocking the photo-eye sensors near the floor, and that the sensor lights are steady. If the lenses are clean and aligned and it still reverses, the force settings, sensors, or weather seal may need service — we test this on every call.
A car hit the door / ICBC claim
We handle vehicle-vs-door events and insurance replacements, including Hörmann and other insulated steel doors with new operators. Photograph the damage, keep the opening clear, and call the office so we can write up what the adjuster needs.
How fast can you get here?
Delta / Ladner / Tsawwassen customers often see us the same day — sometimes within the hour when the schedule allows. Metro Vancouver jobs are booked around the day’s route. Emergency appointments are available seven days a week.

Do you sell parts?
Yes. End plates, pulleys, brackets, weather seal, swage sleeves, and a full parts catalogue live under Garage Door Parts and Services.
How do I get ready for an install?
Clear 10 feet back from the door, pull cars out of the garage and driveway, take bikes and hanging storage down, and sweep the floor. Full checklist: Preinstall Garage Door Check List and our Installs page.
Tell us what the door is doing. We will tell you what to do until we get there.
