- Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. offers 1-year parts and labor warranty on all new openers installed by Aroundtown Garage Doors.
- Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. offers 90-day parts and labor warranty on electrical components of new installed openers
- Chamberlain® may offer limited warranty on various components of the new garage door opener
CUSTOMER OWN OPENER INSTALLED BY AROUNDTOWN GARAGE DOORS LTD.
- Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. offers 90-day warranty on installation only of the opener

- Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. offers 1-year parts and labor warranty on all new opener installed by Aroundtown.
- The manufacturer may offer limited warranty on various components of the new garage door opener
- Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. offers 90-day parts and labor warranty on electrical components of new installed openers
REPLACEMENT PANELS (SECTIONS):
- All new installed replacement panel comes with a 90-day parts and labor warranty through Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. (excluding water damage to wood panel)
SERVICE WORK:
- Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. offers 90-day parts and labor warranty on all electrical parts
- When it’s indicated no warranty by the service technician
- Otherwise indicated by the technician on the receipt
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
- Customer may lose any and any warranty if refused to pay service fee when applicable
- Customer may lose any and any warranty in the event additional work was redeemed by the customer through Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. technician outside of the work receipt
- Customer must provide receipt to redeem all warranty work
- At Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. we only warranty parts and labor done by Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd.
- Customer may lose warranty in the event others beside Aroundtown Garage Doors Ltd. perform any work on the warranted parts (including other garage door company or the customer)
- No reimbursement will be paid in the event the customer chooses to have another company perform work on warranted items
- Warranty is only offered to the original purchasing customer and is not transferable
- Warranty will not cover physical damage, poor maintenance up-keep, misuse of use of features, or negligence
- No warranty is offered on holidays, after hours or weekends. Its only offered on the next available regular appointment of the work week and hours.
- Warranties may be void if problem was caused by another part malfunction
Power outage, electrical shortage, and lightning damage to electrical component are not covered by the warranty
At Aroundtown Garage Doors, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. In the event that a customer orders a door and encounters minor scratches or dents upon delivery, we would like to clarify our policy.
While we take every precaution to ensure that our products are delivered in pristine condition, minor imperfections can occasionally occur during the manufacturing and shipping process. These imperfections, such as minor scratches or dents, do not impact the functionality or structural integrity of the door.
We kindly request our customers to thoroughly inspect the delivered product upon receipt. If any minor scratches or dents are observed, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will diligently review the situation and work to find a suitable solution, such as offering touch-up paint or providing guidance on addressing minor cosmetic issues.
It’s important to note that such minor imperfections do not affect the overall performance or longevity of the door. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our Product Condition Policy.
